Simone's love of Tampa began 40 years ago, where she grew up enjoying everything the Bay Area had to offer and the love of sharing her city is what lead her into the real estate profession. At first, it was helping a friends buy their first home in 1984, to helping families with growing families or others relocating to the Tampa Bay area. As her business grew, agents joined and the business expanded into a 20 agent office and a property management division. While her professional experience expanded she also married, raised two daughters and volunteered in countless positions which has given her a different perspective on life. Her vast personal and professional experience make her the perfect person to assist you with your real estate needs.
